Leadership is learned in good company.
PIQue runs two cohort programs. Both are small on purpose, built around the real situations leaders walk into on Monday, and facilitated by Stef Siebold. Host one for your people, or join the next open cohort yourself.
Leading OUT Front
A year-long leadership experience for 2SLGBTQIA+ professionals. Lead as your full self. Build the career you deserve.
2SLGBTQIA+ leaders carry pressures most leadership development never names: deciding how much to disclose and to whom, carrying the weight of representation, and leading authentically in workplaces that weren't built with them in mind.
Each month, a small cohort coaches one another through real leadership challenges and holds each other accountable to the goals that matter most. It's leadership development built by and for the community it serves.

How we measure success
Tracked through entry, mid-year, and closing self-assessments, plus a follow-up survey six months after the program ends.
Prices are per participant. Cohorts are capped at 14 so everyone gets coached.
"For most of the sixteen years I spent in my first professional role, I wasn't out at work. I calculated every answer and managed what I revealed, every day, with part of my attention that had nothing to do with the job. Leading OUT Front is the program I wish had existed when I was twenty."
