Ron Garfield is a transformational executive leadership coach, facilitator, and organizational strategist who works with leaders and companies ready to challenge the status quo, elevate leadership capacity, and create meaningful cultural change.

His work is not formulaic. It is immersive, experiential, and intentionally designed to create real transformation, not surface-level leadership tactics. Ron specializes in coaching C-suite executives, senior leaders, founders, and high-potential leadership teams navigating growth, complexity, organizational change, and identity shifts in leadership. His coaching focuses on helping leaders develop authentic presence, emotional agility, self-awareness, courageous communication, and the ability to lead through uncertainty, discomfort, and change.

Known for his direct, grounded, and highly relational style, Ron creates coaching environments where leaders are challenged to move beyond performance and into authenticity, clarity, and deeper impact. He believes transformational change only happens when leaders are willing to lean into discomfort, examine their internal operating systems, and lead with greater intention and humanity.

His work spans industries including entertainment, technology, finance, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and startup environments. Prior to coaching, Ron held senior executive leadership roles with globally recognized companies including Fox, Sony, Hallmark, and Fremantle. His transition into coaching began in 2014 after what he describes as a life-changing encounter with a coach at a dinner party, an experience that fundamentally shifted how he viewed leadership, performance, culture, and human potential.

Today, Ron continues to work with executives and organizations across the country, helping leaders create cultures rooted in trust, accountability, bold communication, and authentic leadership. He is also a speaker, workshop facilitator, and creator of the experiential leadership workshop: "A PIQue Experience: Active Listening, Powerful Questions & Acknowledgment."

Based in Bend, Oregon, Ron is deeply connected to the Central Oregon community and regularly gives back through mentorship, facilitation, and pro bono coaching work. Outside of coaching, he is an avid skier, fly fisherman, golfer, traveler, and outdoorsman who believes some of the best leadership lessons are learned far outside the boardroom.
